TOUCHtime 1200 Pro is another system in the family of TOUCHtime attendance recording systems that uses small sections of a persons finger to identify them. In this version, elements of the finger are used to create a 9 byte number (i.e. 123498765). That number cannot reproduce a fingerprint of any sort and is totally useless outside the TOUCHtime 1200 system.

Absolutely ‘proof positive’ identification of employees will eliminate ‘buddy punching’ so that you will not have to pay for employees who are not at work. In normal use, employees present their finger to the scanner to clock in or out and this creates a transaction. Always remembering that you can enroll multiple fingers for each employee

At the PC, TOUCHtime takes those transactions to use in time cards and updates any ‘Key Personnel’ reports running at your PC’s and updates the ‘Fire Report’. You can edit, add or delete transactions if you need to and print a time card report that will add up the hours worked and sort them in the various pay rates. This secures your payroll and saves you time and money.
