Flexnet is a flexi-time recording system operating in real-time and consists of data collection terminals that can operate standalone or linked to your PC via RS232/RS485 or TCP/IP. The attendance data can be processed and printed from the terminal or the PC, both in real-time. Flexnet can highlight and penalise late arrival, early departure and long lunches. Flexnet can highlight core time infringements, process lateness deductions and can ensure no accrual before start of shift or end of shift, with a supervisors over-ride if required. Flexnet can maintain maximum debit/credit balances, unpaid absence, paid absence, including (but not limited to) sickness, holidays, Doctors appointments and offsite working. Flexnet can incorporate all of this in a detailed time card report each pay period for each employee giving you the information required to help manage your employees more effectively. Flexnet has many other reports and features that will help cure your timekeeping problems. Flexnet can also be used in conjunction with our Access Control Systems.

Flexnet has a multitude of reports available. Here is just one -

Below is a simple flexi-time card for an employee who can work from 08:00 to 18:00.
Core times are 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00. If lunch is not taken between 12:00
and 14:00 for at least 30 minutes it is automatically deducted. Core time infringements
are highlighted to warn the employee. The maximum credit can be carried forward is 17:00 hours.

The Flexnet system can also print a 'who's in' report upon activation of your fire alarm or
on request and can be connected to a printer for reporting purposes. If the terminal is
connected to a PC it can also provide extra setup, data storage and more reporting features.
