SOPRANO 500 PRO PIN is an easy to use Time and Attendance system using the keypad to enter a PIN number to clock in and out. SOPRANO PIN will add up all the hours worked and make the any deductions roundings that you have programmed, so that you see a true reflection of hours worked at the end of the pay period.

Employees only have to present their proximity tag to the terminal to clock in or out and create a transaction. SOPRANO takes those transactions and uses them to create the time card and provide an up to date fire report and key personnel display.

In case of fire, SOPRANO will also tell you who is on your premises at any time. SOPRANO can be used in offices, factories and shops. SOPRANO will connect to your PC network removing the need for cabling - just plug into a free port. Alternatively, if you have no PC local to the terminals, you can download transactions from terminals to a USB memory stick and upload them when you return to your PC. This is ideal anywhere it is not possible to cable to, especially remote sites anywhere in the world.

SOPRANO Pro adds up the hours worked and gives you a printed time card report detailing employees times and hours worked and sorts them into standard rate and three (3) rates of overtime. Overtime can be calculated by timeband, daily, weekly or targetted. You can name the overtime rates to suit you.

At the PC you can also add, modify or delete those transactions if you need to.

The Key Personnel Display shows on your PC screen in real time - who is on or off the premises. You can have this displaying on every PC in your company so anyone can see who is 'in' or 'out'. This helps the receptionist see who is out thereby saving wasted time trying to put through abortive calls and the workshop manager see who is in without having to search the shopfloor.

You can use the real time Fire Report to print transactions as they happen and should give you greater confidence by allowing an instant roll call if required.
