TOUCHtime Pro is a state of the art time recording system that uses the fingertip to identify who is on or off the premises. Each employee registers a transaction on their arrival or departure using the scanner. TOUCHtime Pro takes those transactions and uses them to provide an up to date fire report, key personnel report and the time card report, which adds up the hours worked and sorts into standard, and three (3) rates of overtime. Overtime can be calculated by timeband, daily, weekly or targeted. You can also add, modify or delete those transactions if you need to. TOUCHtime Pro is a cost effective system that will pay for itself in a very short time. Absolutely positive identification that will help you stop paying for employees who are not there. |

Time Card Explanation There is an automatic lunch deduction of 1 hour between 13:00pm and 14:00pm - In the time card above, on Wednesday the employee took 57 minutes for lunch - the system deducted an extra 3 minutes to total the 1 hour deduction. Lateness - the shift has been setup so that if the employee is more than 3 minutes late, then their clock in time is flagged in red. The employee was also deducted 15 minutes for being late. Overtime - the employee above has been setup for overtime after their contracted 39 hours, this accrues in their rate 1 column. They have also worked on both Saturday and Sunday - the system has accrued time in Rate 2 and Rate 3 respectively making transfer to the correct pay rates in payroll seamless. Obviously these are just examples - you can configure the system to use your own rules and rates. |

Time Bands explained You have lots of timebands you can use in each shift to cater for all those in the above time card. |

TOUCHtime Pro does not store fingerprints, nor can it reproduce or print out a fingerprint. The program uses a secure and non-reproducible algorithm to scan the unique "minutiae" features of the finger and creates a number from that. The software uses this information to generate a unique number finger ID (FID). Not even identical twins have the same number and will produce totally different FIDs. Even if it was possible to somehow obtain the actual unique FID this would not enable you to identify the individual who created it or to generate an image of their fingerprint. |

|
Remote site capability |
TOUCHtime Pro also allows units to be polled over a network, they can even be polled over the Internet, thus allowing fingerprint units to be based in online remote locations. You can also install TOUCHtime Pro at remote sites, operate locally and e-mail the data to another office for processing. |

Networking features of the TOUCHtime Pro System 1. Staff's fingertip configuration is registered in the TOUCHtime Pro secure database on the hard drive of the PC to which the scanner is attached. Individuals can be registered on more than one PC. 2. When the member of staff touches the scanner the recognition software searches the local secure database for a record of the employee' fingertip and either rejects or accepts. If accepted it records the time of acceptance. 3. Other reports can run on the same local PC or on any other PC on the network. 4. The TOUCHtime Pro program can update itself with all the transaction records on request or automatically. When running automatically the information can be made to update in virtual real-time. 5. Having updated, the TOUCHtime Pro software will decide if the transaction is an "IN" or an "OUT" and add it to the transactions record for that member of staff. 6. The same time transaction can also be automatically printed to printer on any PC running TOUCHtime Pro Fire Report. 7. The new transaction will be used to update the employee's status on the "Who's in" Key Personnel report and display. 8.
Using the automatic functions you can produce a time card report showing
the fully calculated employee hours at the click of a button. Can
