You put the clocking in machine on the wall and use the software on your device. If you have trouble setting it up we will do that for you. You access your time and attendance software through a browser and it appears as a web page. You can then process hours from your office or home, or anywhere. View your password protected business data from any PC, Android, MAC in your private CLOUD account. All your data is private to you alone.

Clocking in
Employees clock at the clocking in machine and the transactions transfer to your time and attendance software. View your secure time and attendance from a PC anywhere.

Enrolling
You only enrol an employee on a clocking in machine once. The system automatically enrols that employee on all the clocking in machines connected to your system.

Clocking from home or on the road?
If you use the Mobile APP this works the same way. Employees can clock in from their mobile, PC, Android tablet, Iphone or MAC etc. You can set the Mobile APP to Geofence you will get each clocking location to prove the employee was there.

• You can subscribe to additional software access licences here. They are renewable annually. 

  Each additional software access licence will enable another device to access the software at the same time. So one licence can be used by a 'home' employee and one licence can be used by an 'office' employee and get access at the same time.

  This can only be ordered if you already have a valid and current subscription.

Get a subscription to our APP and employees can clock from Mobile Devices, Desktop PC's and tablets. Only one APP is required per Software Plan. The APP covers all employees in your plan.

If your employees work from home or you have a mobile workforce let your employees use the Mobile APP to punch in when they working away from site. Geofencing and Geolocation is included to prove the punch location. You can restrict individual employee access.
