Ordering and Delivery ---------------------------
Orders for delivery within the UK mainland should receive Next Day Delivery and therefore should be delivered the day following acceptance of order. However, sometimes during busy periods, deliveries may take longer. Delivery of Goods shall be made to the Customer’s address specified in the order and stated in the Order Confirmation and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us. Some UK mainland postcodes may be subject to Scottish Highlands and Islands delivery - please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Standard deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Dublin, and the Republic of Ireland will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver within 5 working days to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Dublin and 7 working days to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Dublin and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Please allow 5 working days before querying your order.

Goods may only be returned to the Company if defective. For this purpose the Customer must contact us to receive an RMA (return mail authority). The company will not accept returns without an RMA. All returns must be carefully packed. The customer is responsible for shipping charges, insurance and safe delivery for any item under this RMA. The RMA must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging or will be refused.

Unless otherwise stated, the company guarantees all goods to be free from any defects. If goods are found to be defective the company may repair or replace them within a reasonable time.
