Uses

A perfect solution for your premises internal doors to keep out unwanted intruders, secure control and access to your business and property - see all access granted or denied in reports at the PC and audit system to recognise security issues and possible abuse attempts.

Benefits of this system over others - with traditional standalone, if a fob is lost you can't delete it or it is cumbersome to do so. Being standlaone you cannolt measure what is happening at that door. With our software you can enrol eusers at the tmreinal or the PC (desktop reader is availabe) and send that memebership to the reader from the PC. You can interrogate the system database to see and report on suspicious activity and because systems without software make it diffcult to remove lost/stolen tags from being used. You can put access restirtions in place ie no access bby some employee at certain times. This system is intelligent.

Warning.

With most standalone access control systems - if you rip the reader off the wall you can connect the two wires to open the door effectively by-passing the security data as its all held inside the reader. Our readers do not hold the data but send the credentials of the tag to the control box and the control box (situated on the secure side of the door) activates entry. So thieves have no way to effect entry unless the control box gets the right credentials from the reader.

Why no magnetic lock provided? - this is because there are hundreds of different door locks - mostly mortice type so offering you a magnetic lock won't help.

Its quite easy to take a picure of your lock to a locksmith to get the right one. Better still get the locksmith to installl the lock for you. If you buy a mag lock we found 500kg hold much better than 250kg hold. We use 1000lb hold mag lock ourselves.
